Each apartment has laundry hook-ups and a private fenced yard with a storage shed. These units are on a bus line and next to an elementary school. Tenants are responsible for their own utilities.
Rent for these programs is figured annually on each tenant's or family's income after allowable deductions: 30% of monthly income for family programs with tenant-paid utilities
